I bought this palette when they were having a promotion that if you spend £8 you would get a palette free. I already review the palette I got for free with my purchase here and today we are going to take
a look at the Makeup Revolution Iconic pro 2 palette.
This is a nice palette that comes with with 16 eyeshadows 8 shimmer and 8 matte. I heard this palette is similar to the lorac pro but I never tried lorac eyeshadows so can't tell you much about that. The packaging is made of a matte plastic and comes with a nice mirror inside. The names of the colours
are in a plastic insert so I stick it to the mirror has you can see in the picture.( I tend to loose plastic inserts not convenient at all. ) . The palette comes with a brush instead of the usual sponge applicator but I do not like this brush either. You can use this palette for day or night looks. I find the texture of the eyeshadows better quality then the girls on film palette but you still need a primer. The colours have nice pigmentation and the eyeshadows are creamy. The eyeshadows blend very well but I still feel that when working with these shadows you have to be careful not to over blend has if you over blend the shadow disappear. The lasting power is ok but I think the shadows start to fade over time at least on me after around 6 hours.
Overall, is a nice palette to have and it will not break your bank. The colours are very wearable and the packaging is quite good for the price. I did a look with some of the eyeshadows so you can see how they look on the eyes.
