Elf Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder

Elf Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder
Two months ago I bought this contouring blush and bronzing powder from elf studio line. I totally forgot to talk about it. The packaging I think is very elegant. Some bloggers say it's similar to nars
packaging but i do not own any nars products so I cannot confirm. Also the colours are supposed to be a dupe of nars deep throat and laguna.

The good
-  Elegant and simple packing
-Price
-The colour of the blush and bronzing powder looks very nice on my skin(medium tone)
- The powder is soft and blends easily
- Long lasting on me
- Good amount of product for the price.

Not so Good
- Both blush and bronzer are a bit powdery.
- Both have glitter so if you don't like glitter this product is not for you.

My thoughts about the elf contouring blush and bronzer is........I love it. The blush is a gorgeous peachy pink colour with some glitter and the bronzer is the normal brownish colour also with glitter. Personally, I would prefer the bronzer to be matte as the blush is already glittery but still I’m able to wear it when I apply a matte blush. Here is the swatch of both blush and bronzer.Anyone has this product from elf? What do you think about it?

  1. I have this Elf duo and I absolutely love it! Especially the bronzer side, it's my go-to choice for flattering contoured cheeks! Personally I don't notice any glitter or shimmer on my cheeks with the bronzer. It also seems as if the blush had an overlay of glitter on the surface, now that I've worn the top layer it doesn't look that glittery. It's one of the best products Elf offers, in my opinion ;)

  2. I really like this duo. I can't really pull off the bronzer in winter as I am too pale but I can now which is cool. I completely agree with you though, it would have been better if the bronzer was matte

Hi. On my skin tone I can see some glitter of the blush and bronzer specially on the light. But is nothing to obvious.

  7. The blush looks lovely! The bronzer looks nice too but I'm not sure it would work for me (not a fan of shimmery bronzers). Definitely need to grab a few products from elf soon!

  8. I can't believe I still haven't tried out any ELF products yet!
I really want to try the HD powder and gel eyeliner =]
This duo looks very nice... I don't mind shimmery products =]
Oh and about what you asked me on my blog about the accessorize blush... it is SUPER pigmented! But with the pigment its also very very very shimmery too! The shimmer is fine and packed into the blush so when you apply it it can make your face look white/silver if too much is used! But I use it as a highlighter and I ♥ it =]

    Hello:)
Elf normally is sold on-line. Is a very cheap brand. I know they have a shop in the UK and America. Other countries I don't know.

  12. @Sara ♥'s ...
Hello :)The Hd powder I think is too expensive for the product size. So I did not try it. I also don't mind shimmer as long as it's not glitter on makeup (glitter nail polishes I love them) :). Hum.... if the blush is better as a highlight I think I skip because I already have a highlighter that I love :)

  13. Hi there! I just found your blog and really like it. Am now a new follower. =)

Anyway, I almost picked this up at Target last week--it looks so much like the NARS blush/contour duo (I own quite a bit of their products, mostly blushes and a contour powder). I've heard mostly positive reviews about this, I may have to check it out as well.
